How do I place an order?
Via the quote form, WhatsApp or email. State dimensions (width × height, mm), quantity and glass type; a photo of a drawing is enough — our software reads the dimensions. All contact details are on the Contact page.
How is the price calculated?
The price is based on m² and glass type, the waste in the cutting plan and extra services (tempering, IGU assembly, muntins, delivery). The full calculation is shown transparently in the quote.
How long does an order take?
Plain cutting orders usually take a few business days; tempered and insulated unit orders take a little longer. The exact lead time is stated in every quote; for urgent orders contact us.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We mainly work wholesale with window makers, construction and furniture companies, but small orders are accepted too. The price per m² decreases with volume — request a quote.
Do you deliver outside Baku?
Yes — delivery within Baku and to the regions is arranged depending on order volume; customers may also collect with their own transport. Every pane is labelled and packed by item.
Which insulated-unit formula should I choose?
For residential buildings a double-chamber 4-10-4-10-4; for balconies and unheated spaces a single-chamber 4-16-4 is enough. Read the full comparison in «How to choose an insulated glass unit».
Can tempered glass be cut afterwards?
No — tempered glass shatters completely when cut. All sizes, holes and edge work are done before tempering, so specify them precisely in the order. More: What is tempered glass.
