Cut and edge-finished panes are strengthened in the tempering furnace. Result: 4–5× higher strength, thermal-shock resistance and a safe break pattern.

Single- and double-chamber units, 6–20 mm spacers, butyl + polysulphide sealing.
Panes are washed, the spacer is filled with desiccant, and a primary butyl and secondary polysulphide seal are applied. Any glass combination — clear, frosted, tinted, reflective, tempered. Product page: Insulated glass units.
Material consumption (spacer, clips, desiccant, sealant) is calculated by software for every order and shown transparently in the quote.

Because the bars sit inside the unit they do not interfere with cleaning and never fade. Sizes and patterns follow the customer’s drawing — attach it to the quote form.
